1. A date for the physical inspection shall be set on the same day of receiving the application, or after 24 hours maximum, and to inform the party concerned.
2. The requesting establishment shall be inspected by the Preventive Department or by the Prevention Division of the Directorate of Civil Defense in the Governorate to which establishment belongs, so that the inspection shall be conducted by a committee of not less than two inspection officers.
3. All information about the company shall be filled out on the special information form by the inspection officers, then to ensure that the prevention and self-protection requirements are availableat the establishment.
4. In case of meeting the requirements of prevention and self-protection, an inspection report shall be written indicating the date of the inspection, the serial number, the year, the name of the Governorate and the details of the establishment, as well as the protection and self-protection requirements that are available at the establishment.  The phrase “there is no objection to granting them a certificate of meeting the requirements of prevention and self-protection for the purposes of insurance” shall be added in the "opinion" box.
5. A special file of the establishment shall be opened in the Preventive Department in which all papers (information form, inspection report, and certificate) shall be kept and then sent to the computer branch to be archived and inserted into the computerized system in the Department.
6. In the event that the requirements of prevention and self-protection are not met, a report shall be written showing the date of the inspection and details of the establishment as well as recommendations for the implementation of the requirements of prevention and self-protection and to add in the "opinion" box "a certificate of meeting the requirements of prevention and personal protection for insurance purposes shall not be granted until the implementation of recommendations". A letter shall be sent the party concerned to visit us upon implementing the recommendations attached with the letter.
